Wisconsin Expertise Council: Wauwatosa group wins annual ‘Wisconsin YES!’ youth biz plan contest with signal language app

Scott and Moertl’s firm, Signfluent, will produce a software program app that can be utilized to be taught and translate Signal Language. Signfluent has a database of indicators, grammatical guidelines and terminology, and makes use of a camera-based recognition system to translate to non-sign customers.
