Emily Scott and William Moertl, an eighth grade duo at Whitman Center Faculty in Wauwatosa, are the first-place winners in Wisconsin YES!, a statewide youth marketing strategy contest for college students in center and highschool.
Scott and Moertl’s firm, Signfluent, will produce a software program app that can be utilized to be taught and translate Signal Language.
