The 1,067km freeway connects the cities of Ribeirão Cascalheiro in Mato Grosso state and Marabá in Pará state. The freeway is essential for grain transport from Mato Grosso, integrating the area with the Carajás railway and facilitating export from Itaqui port in Maranhão state. 


The 451km route hyperlinks the cities of São Luís in Maranhão state and Teresina in Piauí. The area is a serious agricultural hub with progress potential, primarily for soy and corn manufacturing. 


Stretching 846km between the municipalities of Mundo Novo and Sonora in Mato Grosso do Sul state, the freeway is vital for commerce, tourism and the transport logistics of agribusiness. It’s the state’s important export hall to ports in Paraná and Santa Catarina states.


The 1,200km freeway hyperlinks Brasília and Betim in Minas Gerais state.
