Dubai launches science abilities fund

São Paulo – The federal government of Dubai launched this week an initiative to seek out 1,000 distinctive scientific abilities. Known as ‘ Nice Arab Minds ,’ it was introduced by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vp and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of Dubai, in response to the Arabian Enterprise information web site.
